Onsite Physiotherapy - Immediate Response

Our Onsite Physiotherapy Services are another great tool for businesses serious about the safety and wellbeing of their workforce. Physiotherapy supports a positive approach to safety by addressing tension and niggles BEFORE they escalate to a more serious injury. Body Leadership can also ensure that if injuries do occur, that this information is then utilised to drive continuous improvement and is incorporated into proactive SSTM® programs.

Our fully qualified and experienced physiotherapists are available for both one-off and regular engagements. This strategy coordinates the message to high risk as well as injured staff and further promotes a SSTM®, 'nip problems in the bud' culture.

Having a physiotherapist onsite, even for as little as a few hours a week, can provide the following benefits:

  • Measurable improvements to key safety KPIs
  • Lower Lost Time from Injury (LTI) - An Onsite Physiotherapist can assess and treat injuries as soon as they occur.
  • Reinforce the skills and messages covered in workplace safety training
  • Ongoing education of the workplace to combat injury, assess risk and treat minor sprains and strains.
  • Boost morale amongst employees.
  • Encourage a safety conscious approach to work.

Services can include:

  • Preventative treatment
  • SSTM® Inductions
  • Return to Work Programs
  • Suitable Duties Programs
  • Individualised home programs with SSTM®
  • Targeted SSTM® injury prevention techniques
  • Pre Employment Screening
