PREGNANCY EXERCISE CLASSES

Exercising during pregnancy for most women is a safe, rewarding activity that can build stamina, tone and reduce recovery time after birth. It is important to be aware that your body is going through significant changes as it prepares for birth. These changes as well as the ongoing health of the fetus mean that any program should be tailored during this important time.

There are a number of great benefits and advantages of exercising throughout pregnancy including:

Body Leadership's Pregnancy Exercise Classes will be conducted by our qualified physiotherapists to guide you through exercise safely. This also means you are able to claim classes through your private health fund.

Classes will use weights to build your arm and glute strength while also using techniques to improve your core and pelvic floor muscle strength.

Our Pregnancy class timetable is as follows:
